    Will of "Thomas Burnam of Ipswich ... yeoman; being weak in body", dated 6 Jul 1761, proved 19 Jul 1762, names wife Mary, son Simeon Burnam, son Thomas Burnam, daughters Elisabeth and Sarah Burnam, daughter Mary Page. Sons Simeon and Thomas to be exeuctors.
    12 Jul 1762: Warrant to apparise Estate of Thomas Durnam Late of Ipswich decd. Taken 13 Jul 1762 by Jeremiah Story, Benjamin Marshall Ju'r and Aaron Low.

Assuming these parents, an agreement of heirs lists Thomas first, so oldest son, born before Jeremiah whose birth is specified as 1702 in Burnham Genealogy.
