Thomas's god mother was Esther Smith.

Thomas was aged 10 when he died from tuberculosis. I have found a death record (182 from 1937) a Thomas Barrett (6 south summer street) aged possibly 12 years, a hotel drivers son, died from tubercular arthritis and cardiac failure in Harold cross hospice on 6th Feb 1937.
