!Tom was a farmer living in the Clear Creek Township in the 1920 Mecklenburg Co., NC Census. [Vol. 58, ED 166, Sheet 14-B] He died at age 73 in Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte. He'd been living at Rt. #1 in Charlotte at the time. He'd been a belt maker for Charlotte Belt Co. He died of terminal uremia (3 day onset) due to cerebral hemorrhage (1 week) due to generalized arteriosclerosis. Tom and his wife, Minnie, are buried at Shiloh True Light Church Cemetery.
