Theresa Maurine Petree PAMPA -

Theresa Maurine Petree, 87, died Monday, March 4, 2002. Services will be at 1 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with Dr. Randy White, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Edith Ford Cemetery in Canadian with the Rev. Steve Gaines officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mrs. Petree was born Oct. 15, 1914, in Follett. She married Henry Creed Petree in 1938 at Clovis, N.M. Survivors include three daughters, Kay Nix of Mineral Wells, Sharon Petree Crosier of Pampa and Dixie Longhofer of Perryton; two sons, Marvin Dale Petree of Crosby and Jerry Lynn Petree of Lagrange, Wyo.; two sisters, Lillian May of Lubbock and Audrey Pearce of Wheeler; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice, 800 N. Sumner St., Pampa, TX 79065.
