 There is a Theobald Mills listed as buried in Pleasant Grove Evangelical and Reformed Church & Cemetery, in an unmarked grave that was born in 1801 and died in 1865.  My "gut" tells me this is Theobald MillER not Mills.

 Must have come to the US sometime between about 1842 after the birth of Mina, but before John's birth in about 1849.
