THELMA V KERR CYGNET -- Thelma Virginia Kerr, 74, of 13384 Jerry City Rd, Cygnet, di ed at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, 1998, at her home. She was born Oct. 30, 1923 in Bloom Twp Wood CO to Ober and Sylvia (Brubak er) Feasel. She married Wm H Instone, who died in 1944. She married Merri ll Kerr on March 25, 1950, and he survives. Also surviving are four sons, Wm H Instone II, Bowling Green; Dave Kerr, F indlay; Kevin Kerr, CA, Pa.; Jack Kerr, Cygnet; two daughters, Mr s. David (Kathy) Kerr-Cameron, Columbus; Mrs. Bruce (Jyl) Boné, Southgat e MI.; eight grandchildren; four brothers, Wayne Feasel, Fostoria; Jak e, Eldon and Larry Feasel, all of Bloomdale; and two sisters, Donna Copple r, Findlay; Hilda Sockrider, Bowling Green. She also was preceded in death by a grandchild and a brother, Lyle Fease l. Mrs. Kerr was a homemaker. She was a member of Bloom Center Church of God. She was a 4-H Club advis er for 25 years. She was a 40-year member of Idlewilde Rebekah Lodge, Jer ry City, and a member of Jerry City Enterprise Community Service Group. S he was a 1941 graduate of Bloomdale High School. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Smith-Crates Funer al Home, N Baltimore, the Rev. Howard Munn officiating. Burial wi ll be in Weaver Cemetery, Bloomdale. Visitation will be held from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursd ay at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Logan Kerr Memorial Fund in care of Mid-Am Ba nk. |
