Will Abstract
- HOLEMAN, TANDY
- 20 Nov. 1759. 13 Nov. 1760.
- "As my father in his will ordered that if any of his heirs died without issue that the surviving brothers to have his part". If my brothers William and John Holeman do freely relinquish this claim for themselves then I give and beqyeath to my brother William Holeman slaves. To brother John Holeman stock, cattle and slaves. Sister Mary Rice to receive slaves, else niece Molly Rice, slaves. Brother in Law Charles Rice, horse and weraing clothes, nephew Tandy Rice, furniture, silver and gun etc. To sister Elizabeth Minnis, 400 acres of land.
