Reginald Evelyn Anderson Pelham and Sylvia Augusta Long were married in 1951 (registered in the district of Chelsea).

In 1960, Reginald adopted the surname of Pelham in lieu of Anderson-Pelham, and later the same year, he adopted the surname of Welby-Pelham.[3]

Death and Probate

Sylvia Augusta Welby-Pelham of Cromwell Clinic, High Street, in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, died there on 16 April 1995[2] (registered in the district of Huntingdon[1]). Probate on 21 August 1995 at Bristol. Her effects were in the amount of £220,133.[2]
