In the name of God Amen
I, SusannahSuttle of the County of Rutherford
and state of North Carolina being in a low state
of health but of sound mind and memory doth
make and ordain this to be my last will & testament
which are as follows.(labelled ?). in the first
place my will is that Bushrod Suttle my brother
shall be my Executor to do all and singular
each and everything as respects my property
agreeable to the following items.
1st. What small debts I owe must be paid out of
my effects. 2nd. I will and bequeath to my loving
Child Cilus Luroy Suttle and my Brother Bushrod
Suttle all my part of the Estate which I consider
myself intitled to it being the ninth part of the
Estate in negro or Negros which was[?] previously[?] will
=ed By Bushrod Dogget formerly of Virginia to
Molly Suttle, his daughter perhaps[?] the will alluded
to of Bushrod Dogget was or may be in in the
words of Molly Blackwell be this as it may, my
claim is founded on the claim of my mother wheth
=er or not I am intitled to it before my Mothers
death I trust will be immaterial
3rd. I will and bequeath to my Brother Bushod
Suttle my bed and furniture.
4th As to my cloaths and other effect my will is that
my mother should dispose of the them as she pleases.

should keep my son Cilus Leeroy Suttle untill
arriving at mature age to give him such Educta...
as his situation will admit for paying due regar...
to his morals & in case of the death of Bushr...
Suttle it is my wish that my son Cilus Leeroy ...
shoud be bound to some respectable michan[?]...
for such a term of time as my Brother Bushr...
may deem sufficient or untill he arrives to ...
age of twenty one years.
6th. Having detailed in the forgoing Items, a...
as I ___lict[?] all my world Estate I request
my body should be decently burried committ...
my sole into the hads of God who give it.
7th. I hereby ordain and constitute this to be my
last will adn testament and doth hereby revok...
all other wills or anything that may appert...
to my my estate in any manner whatever in ___[?]
whereof I have here unto subscribe my nam...
or caused it to be done & affixed my mark
