P220 State of Tennessee
In the name of God Amen I, Bushrod Suttle being in perfect
mind and cinces & now low in health & allsoe knowing that I have to die
and after death to come to judgment have thought propper to make a dis-
tribution of my real and personal estate will and bequeath to my son
John fifty acres of land lying on the Calf Killer river & allsoe Joining
the ad. John Suttles Survey on teh east & Alsoe I will and bequeath the
interest of a twenty acre entry on the bench of the mountain known by
the enty of James Justis, allsoe lying South of my son John Suttles
Survey & allsoe near the Calf Killer River I, allsoe will and bequeath
to my Nephew Silas Suttle, my rifle Gun & shot pouch and allsoe my bridle
and saddle I, allsoe will and bequeath to my wife Mary Suttle all my
stock of horses, cattle /c so long as she may live and after her death I
want what she has on hand to be divided in equal share between my son John
Suttle & my Daughter Annie Bedford N.B. this is my last will and testament.

This day the last will and
testament of Bushrod Suttle deceased was Exhibited in Open Court and his
death thereupon suggested. Whreupon teh due Execution thereof was pro-
ven in Open Court as such by the oaths of Alfred G. Beadles and Narsissa
Suttle the subscribing witnesses thereto for the purposes and things there-
in mentioned and it was ordered to be recorded.
Given at office the 14 day April 1826
