Facts and Events
Name Susanna _____
Gender Female
Birth[1] 7 Nov 1801 Vermont
Marriage to James McTucker
Death[1] 27 Dec 1870
Burial[1] Park Lawn Cemetery, Barry, Pike County, Illinois

The Susannah McTucker buried in the Park Lawn Cemetery in Barry, Pike County, is probably the one listed in the census records with this family: born 7 Nov 1801 died 27 Dec 1870.

A Susanna McTucker lived with the John McTucker family in Pike County in the 1850, 1860 and 1870 census.

The Nathaniel McTucker, born 1822 Pennsylvania, who settled in San Joaquin, California and raised a large family, was probably John’s brother as both are born in Pennsylvania and John named a son Nathaniel. Both named their first sons James, so perhaps this was the name of Susanna’s husband. She is probably mother to both John and Nathaniel. Nathaniel married Ione Watson (no relation to the Jon Watsons of Barry) in Pike County on 4 Feb 1868, Vol 1 page 142, license 301.
