Regarding the name and location of Susanna's home town: Her daughter's family registry indicates "KIRTHEIM". When asked, other researchers suggest this is more likely to be KIRCHHEIM. The closest one to Schwenningen is "Kirchheim unter Tec. Stadt". The records are microfilmed under the Landkreis of Nurtingen (an umlaut over the u). I find this Kirchheim on my map just southeast of Stuttgart and northeast of Reutlingen which is kind of between Talheim (Tuttlingen area) and Stuttgart.

There is another KIRCHHEIM in the Ludwigsburg district, just north of Stuttgart on the Neckar River.
