Since Susan is only 1 yr old on the 1850 US Census she was probably born in Oregon, Dane Co., Wisconsin.

She does not appear on the 1857 Territorial Minnesota Census. She would have been 8. Since she appears on the later Census records she must have been visiting someone.

I don't know why they say that they were born in NM??? I show NY for Isaac, Amanda & Charolotte. Susan is correct with Wisconsin as a birth place. New children include Esther, Isaac and Adelia.
