Stuart married 1st 9mar1900 Jessie NEVILLE, daughter of John NEVILLE, engineer in Stranraer, Wigtownshire, and 2nd Millie SHARINA 21sep1928 at Trinity Church, Claremont St., Glasgow. His addresses were 9 Elliot St., Hillhead, Glasgow, and latterly „Cessnock“, Bentinck Drive, Troon, Ayrshire. In the 1913 valuation roll of 2-5 La Belle Place, Glasgow, the owner is named as Stuart Bell, electrical engineer, Cessnock, Troon; he was part owner of the Queen’s Rooms, described as Halls, 7-11 Clifton St, Glasgow.. He had a kennel of West Highland white terriers. He was a member of Troon Town Council from 1932 and became a police judge. According to Obituaries, he died 7jan1952.
