From Bill White descendant: Clifford was a very successful farmer all of his life. He lived with his father, Bark, until his father's death and for the last several years they were partners in the farming business. He also bought and sold cattle in the surrounding counties where he had the reputation of being a very honest trader whose word was as good as a notarized contract. After his father's death he continued to live in the same house with his widowed sister, who also farmed.
