In Dakota, Wis., May 5, 1862 of typhoid fever, Stillman R. Greene, son of Dea. R. T. and Joanna Greene, being just 35 years of age the day of his death. He left a wife and two children to mourn the loss of a kind companion and an affectionate father. Bro. Greene united with a Seventh-day Baptist church in Allegany Co., N. Y. when but a youth, and has ever since been a worthy member of the denomination.
