    Anchorage resident Stacia Reece Moomaugh, 45, died Feb. 14, 2007, at home.

    Mrs. Moomaugh was born Dec. 18, 1961, in Lakewood, Wash. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from a college in Bellingham, Wash.; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Alaska Southeast.
    She moved to Alaska in 1984 and worked for Alaska Airlines from 1994 until 2005.
    Stacia loved outdoor sports such as canoeing, fishing, camping, kayaking and hiking.
    Her family wrote: "Stacia lived her life with a caring heart to all she knew. Her capacity to love and spread joy with her kindness left an indelible impression. Her fight with metastic breast cancer was a testament to her strength and courage."
    She is survived by her husband, Max Norvell, and son, Jac Norvell, both of Anchorage; parents, Edward and Judith Moomaugh of San Carlos, Calif., and Michele Mayer Moomaugh and Edward Brewer of Baja, Mexico; and brothers, Jeffry Moomaugh of Tucson, Ariz., and Mathew Moomaugh of San Diego, Calif.
    Flowers can be received prior to the service at the church or donations can be given to Hospice of Anchorage or Women Listen Inc. (a group of women living with cancer that Stacia belonged to), PO Box 140845, Anchorage 99514.
    Arrangements are with Evergreen Memorial Chapel.
