Sophia T. Sevier, daughter of Michael Sevier and Sarah T. Bayless Sevier, married twice.
She first married William A. Lavendar and had four children, namely Joseph M. Lavendar, Sarah M. Lavendar, Benjamin L. Lavendar, and Ada L. Lavendar.
She married for her second husband Albert A. Mosely and had six children, namely John Mosely, Robert Mosely, Lee Mosely, Lillian Mosely, Emma Mosely and Charles Mosely.
