173.3 The 1870 census shows us Solomon, age 9, with his parents in Laurel Twp., Hocking Co., Oh. (p 490, fam #232/232) and there with them in 1880, age 19, working on his father's farm.(p 95 B, fam #233/244) On the 1900 census, Solomon F., 38 is farming in Laurel Twp., Hocking Co., Oh. Wife Sarah, 32, states they have been married 16 years and she has born 5 children, listed wi th parents.(ED 31, p 102A, fam #98/100) On 1910 census, now in Falls, Logan Twp., Hocking Co. , Oh., Solomon is 51, and a "laborer, odd jobs." Sarah is 42. They have been married 25 yea rs and she has born 8 children, six still alive. Four are in the home at 341 E. Diamond St.(E D 84, p 16A, fam #368/369) On 1920 census, age 59, with no income in Logan, Falls Twp., Hock ing Co., Oh. Wife Sarah, 52, continues keeping the home. Son Truman, 15, is with them. Als o in home is Harriett McCowen, 84, Mother-in-law.; and son-in-law William Griner, 39, divorce d, an "air inspector, rail road", and two grandchildren. These are most probably children b y Florence, as she is not on the 1910 census with parents.(ED 40, p 8B, fam #160/199)
