- Source:Vital records of Salem, Massachusetts, to the end of the year 1849 (228580) does not seem to list the death of Simon Willard nor his second wife Priscilla. Most sources say he died 21 Jun 1731 (e.g., Source:Savage, James. A Genealogical Dictionary of the First Settlers of New England, 4:555), but it has been applied to Priscilla too, so needs a primary source to verify it.
