Shirley A Siesel Shirley A Siesel, 67, of 758 Wood Rd, Bellevue, passed away Monday, Ju ne 2, 2003, at The Medical College of OH in Toledo. She was born Feb. 8, 1936, in Bellevue, the daughter of Leonard and Idel la (Ickes) Leber, and was a homemaker. Shirley was a member of St. Sebastian Church where she was in the Rosary A lter Society, the St. Ann Study Club and was a CCD teacher. She was the Ro sary Alter Society cook for many years where she served countless mea ls at funeral dinners, festivals and chicken noodle soup suppers. She wi ll always be remembered for her famous fudge at these events. Shirley w as also a member of "Cubby Cousin's Club", Eagles and Moose Aux, and the S eneca East 200 Club. She enjoyed gardening, camping and attending local fa irs. Survivors include her husband Dennis R Siesel, whom she married Feb. 7, 19 59, at the Sorrowful Mother Shrine in Bellevue; four sons, Kevin (Pam) Sie sel of Attica, Keith (Kelly) Siesel of Monroeville, Kipton Siesel of Atti ca and Kory Siesel of Bellevue; six daughters, Kathy Jo Siesel (Greg Parke r) of Lakewood, Kelly (Mark) Ball of Bloomville, Karalee Siesel of Bellevu e, Kimberly (Rick) Flowers of Wakeman, Kristen Siesel (John Weldon) of Bel levue and Kami (Gary) McClimans of Attica; a daughter-in-law, Lori (Murdoc k) Siesel of Bellevue; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandson; one brothe r, Emerson "Dave" Leber of CA; three sisters, Nancy Miller of Clyd e, Barb Leonard of CA, and Darlene Wallen of Sandusky; and two sis ters-in-law, Charlotte Leber and Marylyn Leber both of Bellevue. Preceding her in death were her parents, a son, Kenneth Siesel on April 1 6, 2003, and brothers, Richard, Russell and Louis Leber. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2003, at St. Sebastian Churc h, 5582 Bismark Rd, Bellevue, with the Fr. John Nagele officiating. Buri al will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Foos and Sons Fune ral Home, 311 W Main St, Bellevue. The Rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to The American Heart Association or The American Di abetes Association. |
