Selina Hucklesby was born in 1888 at Luton in Bedfordshire, daughter of a straw hat sewer named Rebecca Hucklesby, formerly Kempson, and her husband Levi Hucklesby, a straw hat blocker. Selina appears in the 1891 census living with her parents and siblings at 48 Albert Road in south Luton.

Selina has yet to be researched after 1891.
