  13. "Traffic Accidents - Two charges were filed by the patrol against ScottHartsel, 63, of 445 Bell Ave., Elyria, after an accident on Rt. 57 atRt, 264 Saturday afternoon. The patrol reported that Hartsel, headedwest on 264, turned south onto Rt. 57 into the northbound lane, hittingcars driven by Ulysses R Anderson, 34, of 176 Bath St., Elyria andEugene M Bryner, 27, of 1914 Long Ave., Lorain, who were stopped headednorth in the left turn lane. Hartsel then continued south on Rt. 57,patrolemen said. He was charged with driving on the wrong side of thehighway and with hitskip."
