It is possible that she is the 'Sally Shanklin' in the 1820 census for Nicholas Co., Kentucky, with 1 male 10-16 [Kendall] , 1 male 16-18 ], 2 males 18-25 [John W. and William]; and 1 female 0-10 [Hester] -- although there is no listing for Sally herself.

 I believe she is listed in the 1840 census with her son Kendall in Boone Co., Indiana. In the 1840 census for Boone Co., Indiana, Kendel M.
