Her husband's name was reported in Jackson County records as Jacob Klein. Family says it was Henry.

Record of a marriage between Jacob C. Sibin, age 24 of Waterloo and Sarah E. Willmore of Waterloo was found in Jackson. The marriage date was 22 Mar 1866 in Jackson City by an Episcopal priest. The surname change could be due to an inability to read the writing. Evidence was also found that Sarah had been divorced (husband's name unknown in the divorce). Though the impression was that the divorce occurred before hers and Jacob's marriage, it could refer to them separating. They were not living together by 1900, if census records are an indication.

There is record of a marriage of Sarah Elizabeth Klein, married 29 Aug 1877 Thomas Watson ____, b. 27 Se 1857

My guess is that machine operating refers to the textile industry.
