The index covers marriage, death, divorce and administration notices. There are also a few guardianships included. It was compiled by library staff and volunteers in the hope that the book would be a useful tool to genealogists, as well as other researchers. The type of record is shown in column three. The fourth column is the issue date of the Repository. The fifth and sixth tell the page and column number where the notice is located. Any additional information appears in the last column. You may find one name with multiple listings showing different dates and locations in the paper. This indicates consecutive listings for that individual. I encourage you to view each for additional information.
