In an 1851 letter Ohio Supreme Court Justice Thomas Scott stated:

(Betsy) Elizabeth (Parker) intermarried with Col. Michael Collyer (Collier) and John (Parker) with Miss Sally Collier, grand-son and grand-daughter of old Col. Thomas Cresap. These two families many years since removed and settled in Shelby County, Kentucky.

Ohio Supreme Court Justice Thomas Scott was born and raised in Oldtown, MD. was a first cousin to the Parker children referenced and knew the Cresap's and Collier's so he had first hand knowledge of the relationships.

Assuming Elizabeth Cresap's 1737 birth year is correct, then Sarah was born when her mother was about 40 years old, and Sarah's youngest child was born when Sarah (Collier) Parker was about 40 years old. Her father Isaac Collier lived north of Oldtown, MD. so she was born in Maryland.
