    11 Jun 1753: Inventory of M'r Samuel Sprague Late of Stoneham Deceased: £1511-2-4, by Peter Hay, James Hays, Jonathan Green.
    7 May 1754: Appraisal of real estate of Mr Samuel Sprague late of Stoneham deceased; distributed to Mrs Mary Sprague one full third; to Samuel Sprague eldest son; to Thomas second son; to Jonathan. Judge's note on reverse: £400 advance to Mehatabel in 1750. [List of heirs:] Samuel (eldest), Thomas, Jonathan, Joanna Sprague, Mary Sprague, Mehetabel Fillebrown.
