Samuel Savil by will dated Dec.13,1700 mentions wife Hannah, eldest son Samuel, under 21, and children John Savell, Hannah Cleverly, Abigail Savell, Bethiah, Sarah, & Mary Savell.He was elected tithingman in 1693,1695,6. Samuel Savil and wife Hannah were admitted to the Church Jun.15,1684, and he was made freeman Jul.9,1684. Suffolk Probate 14-278: Will of Samuel Savell: Whole estate to wife Hannah until eldest son Samuel arrive at age of 21 then she to have 1/3, at her decease eldest son Samuel to have a double portion & rest, share viz.
