SAMUEL b. after 18 Jan 1596/7, say 1599, named 1610 and 1621. He is prob. the Samuel Makin who surrendered land in Fingringhoe to John Wall of Stratford, co. Suffolk, about fifteen miles away from Fingringhoe and across the river from Dedham, co. Essex (Waters 2:1133-34).
