- ↑ On January 5th, 1719 he bought land in the town of Plainfield, Connecticut "of his uncle, John Hall", bordering on and north of Moosup Pond for the sum of ninety pounds "currant money."He bought other tracts soon thereafter. In 1725, Nov. 30th, he sold, in connection with his brother Stephen and sister Sarah (Cloggett), a tract of land in Plainfield belonging to their brother John, deceased, for one hundred and forty pounds, currant money of New England, to be equally divided
