Samuel HAINES/HAYNES b.1878 Allen Co KY, son of William and Cynthia Thompson HAINES, m. Jessie HENDERSON, per the marriage license of Mary HAYNES age 25 to Ed COLE age 24 1932, Barren Co KY. Mary COLE is given as a surviving niece of Ed HAINES b. 1888 Allen Co KY d. 1966 Warren Co KY. Also given as a surviving neice is Maggie STRAIGHT. Any information on the family of Samuel HAINES/HAYNES would be appreciated. I cannot find this family in the KY Soundex of 1910 or 1920. Samuel was unmarried and living with his parents Wm.C. and Cynthia in 1900 Allen Co, KY.

I also cannot find Samuel or Jessie in the KY Death records 1911-1986 microfilmed and on file at the KY Library, Western Ky University, Bowling Green, KY.

    HAINES GRAVEYARD
    Located in a field which used to be the yard of the Conyard & Emma Dale
    Centers home. Located about 1 mile from Hwy 31E and 2 mi from old Cedar
    Sprs. School, N of Scottsville. no monuments, only fieldstones. Known by the
    children of William Christopher and Cynthia (THOMPSON) HAINES as the burial
    place of their parents and brother. Dates from a Family Bible of Maude
    (HAINES) CENTER. About 10 graves in the cemetery.
