    The Administration of all and Singular the Goods Chattels, Rights & Credits of the sd deced is hereby committed unto Mary Earle Relict Widow of the sd Samuel Earle and Sole ExecutriC in the Same Will named. Dated at Boston aforesd the Twenty Second day of January 1706/7.

    I Samuel Earle of Boston in the County of Suffolk in New England Glazier, First I will That all my just Debts and funeral Charges be paid & defrayed within Convenient time and after my decease. Item I do hereby give and bequeath unto my three Children Vizt. My Wives son by her first husband and My Two Daughters, to each of them Three pounds as a Token of my Fatherly affection to them to be paid by their Mother when and as She Shall See good. Item I do hereby give, devise and bequeth unto my beloved Wife Mary Earle all my whole Estate, Goods, household Stuff, ready money, Debts, plate, Movables, Utensils -- whatsoever to be Imployed, Improved and bestowed by her at her own Pleasure without any Account thereof or therefore unto any person or persons whomsoever to be given, Requesting her my sd Wife to bring up my Children in the fear & Admonition of the Lord, and Chargeing my sd Children to Obey and honour their Mother, and Assist her as much as in them lyes, when they shall Arrive at years capable to perform the Same. And do hereby declare and Ordain my sd Wife full and whole Executive of this my Will. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Thirteenth day of February Anno Dni One Thousand seven hundred & five Samuel Earle.
