Will of Samuel Adair

Samuel A. Adair's Will
Personal property equally divided between Bessie May Adair and J. Clyde Mohler at age 21.
Real estate held in trust as whole by Bessie May Adair until J. Clyde Mohler reaches age 21. On that date, property to be equally divided between them. Should they fail to agree on division lines, property to remain whole until Bessie May Adair's death when it can be sold and 1/2 of proceeds turned over to J. Clyde Mohler.
If agree on division line, Bessie May Adair shall get all buildings.
On day J. Clyde Mohler becomes 21, John Adair is bequeathed $100.00 to be paid out with in described and paid equally by said Bessie May Adair and J. Clyde Mohler.
In case of death of J. Clyde Mohler before age 21, the entire estate shall become property of Bessie May Adair.
