Biography

Ruthie was born on 5 Oct 1893 in Fleming County, Kentucky, United States. ^[2] She was the daughter of John Duncan and Nancy Wilson. ^[3] In 1910 Ruth was 16 years old and living with her parents and siblings in Magisterial District 6, Fleming, Kentucky. ^[3] She married Howes Milton Smith before 1915 ^[4][5][6][1]
