Facts and Events
Ruby was always active in church affairs, and belonged for many years to a Sunday School class that called themselves the "Willing Workers." She was a terrible cook and tended to boil nearly everything. A Romantic at heart, she once said that when they purchased the home farms they had actually bought hundreds of homes - for all the birds and animals who lived there, too. She and Earl had three children: Eva Edith, Helen Nora, and James Earl.
