Name: John Frazier Probate Date: 14 Sep 1799 Probate Place: Edgefield, South Carolina, USA Inferred Death Year: Abt 1799 Inferred Death Place: South Carolina, USA 6 Page 358 Will of JOHN FRAZIER of Edgefield County, S.C Wife LYDIA FRAZIER during her natural life may remain in possession of all my estate of all my estate real and personal and to use and occupy the same at her pleasure and her decease it is my will and desire that my son BENJAMIN FRAZIER shall enter into and forever posses have and hold for himself and his heirs all my estate above mentioned accept one negro girl named Winney and also Seven cows and calves or the value thereof and it is my will...that at the death of my wife the above accepted girl...and her increase shall become the property of my daughter MARY LEVINGSTON and be given up to her or her heirs when demanded...the above accepted cows and calves or the value thereof be equally divided amongst the residue of my children as follows-JAMES FRAZIER, JOHN FRAZIER, JESSE FRAZIER, ANN OLEPHANT, ROSANNAH JESTER, ELIZABETH GUNNELS, MARGARET GOMILLION. Will of Son James, obtained from the NC Historical Commission in 1979 James died in 1837 in Butts County, Georga.

I do bequeath unto my mother Roseanne Jester, a certain negro girl by the name of Ellen to have and hold as her property during her lifetime. At her death the negro girl to be sold to my sister Mary Jester as her own property when this my will is recorded in office.

Will of Husband Levi, who died in 1841 Butts County, GA. 1st I bequeath as a legacy to my beloved wife Rosanna all the redey money that I may have at my death, out of which she is to be sufficiently maintains and if there be an overplush at her death it is my will that it be equally divided between my daughter Mary Jester and my three sons Henry Benjamin and Abner Jester shere and shere about and if there shold be a lack it to be maid up by the sd Mary Henry Bengaman & Abner.
