Preferred spelling of her name is taken from Rosa's signature as witness to marriage of her 2nd cousin Oscar William ROLFE & Ada SAYER, in which the second name is clearly Jeanette. However, when her birth was registered, the name was spelt Jeanetta. It was Jeanette when she was baptised.

1872 - Baptism: Rosa Jeanette, daughter of William John WOMACK, coach builder, and Sophia, Of Kenninghall. She was baptised at the same time as her brother William, a cousin, 3 aunts and an uncle. Another uncle, Rev Joseph HUGHES, Rector of Chellaston, Derbyshire, performed the ceremony. Joseph's wife Ellen (née WOMACK) had died just a few months previously. Rosa's age was given as 6 weeks.

1881 - Living with parents on the Green, North Lopham. Scholar, aged 8.

1891 - Living at Whitebreads, Great Common, North Lopham with husband. No children.
