Roger A. Zimmerman

Roger A. Zimmerman, 64, of Stinchcomb Dr.ive Fostoria, died at 12:40 p. m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2004, at Ruffing Family Care Center in Tiffin.

Born Oct. 7, 1940, in Fremont, to Clyde and Lois (Coppler) Zimmerman, he m arried Doris (Curry) Zimmerman, in Bettsville, on June 16, 1960. She survi ves. Other survivors include his mother, Lois Smyers of Tiffin; two sons, Bri an (Sherry) Zimmerman of Republic and Randy Zimmerman of Fostoria; a daugh ter, Deborah Zimmerman of Tiffin; three grandchildren: Dustin Waters, Mari ssa Zimmerman, Nicole Zimmerman; a step granddaughter, Amber McDannell; t wo brothers, Lee Zimmerman of Tiffin and Gary Zimmerman of Fostoria; a nd a sister, Mrs. Stanley (Judy) Fritz of Bascom.

A truck driver, he retired after 32 years. He was a member of Fostoria Eag les Post 430, American Legion of Fostoria Post 460, former member of the M oose and United Brethren in Bettsville.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 15, 2004, at Seneca Memory Gardens C hapel with the Rev. Tom Goossens, Chaplain officiating. Burial will follow .

There will be no visitation.
