Roger Tolle, planter, of Saint Mary's co., Province of Maryland, “being sick in body”, bequeaths to his son Thomas Tolle (100 acres called “Lastshift”), son Tobias Tolle (100 acres called “Chancellers old orchard”), son John Tolle, daughter Mary Tolle, daughter Usley Tolle, daughter Tamar Tolle, son Timothy Tolle, daughter Elizabeth Tolle, and grandson Roger Tolle (son of Tobias). Executors children Timothy and Elizabeth (and Tobias as Executor in trust). Witnessed by Jhn Miller, Ann (X) Miller, and Wm Aisquith. Proved 22 January 1709[/10] by oath of John Miller and Ann Miller.
