dau. Easter Patton the wife of John Patton of Christian Co., son Benj. Patton (200 acres in Henderson Co., on South side of Green River, which I bt [bought] of my father's estate 500 acres); to son James (200 acres); daughters Margaret Patton, Sarah, Eliza & Maryan and my sons Wm., John & Mathew, to each an eq. [equal] part of my estate
my children to be schooled & sup. [supported] - my land in Bulit Co., my land in Galitin Co., my land in Mason Co. 200 acres (involved in law suit)
my last mentioned children to have eq. [equal] div. [division]
Executors my son Benj. Patton, John Perry and Hugh Anderson
