1817 - Known to be born in or after 1796, since he was under 21 when his grandfather made his will. Robert was named in the will of Thomas WOMACK (d. 1820, wife Margaret) as his grandson, son of his late daughter Elizabeth (who married Micah WOMACK).

1825 - Named as a beneficiary in the will of his grandmother, Margaret WOMACK, shared between six grandchildren. A further bequest (£50) to become payable from his grandmother's estate on the death of his uncle, James WOMACK.
