Will. Lancaster County, VA. DW 10:87. Dated 23 APR 1709, rec. 8 June 1709. wife mentioned but not named. Witnessed by Robert Miller, John Grice, Abigail Robertson.

Children. One daughter (married) and five sons (all under age 17): Rachel Newby, Cole’s plantation for her life then to son Thomas Robert Pollard, home plantation John Pollard, plantation where David Witt lives James Pollard, rest of land with brothers Richard and Thomas Richard Pollard, rest of land with James and Thomas Thomas Pollard, rest of land with James and Richard, and land left to Mary Newby at her death
