ROBERT, Boston, by w[ife]. Lydia, had Lydia, b[orn]. 25 Jan. 1666; is possib[ly]. the same as the preced[ing].

Mary Beckwith was the first wife of Robert; married about 1702 based on the date of their first child's birth. Mary's children were mentioned in her father's will. Robert married a second time to Lydia Roach Tubbs, widow of William Tubbs of New London.

"dated 25 December 1711 -- At the same meeting Robert Miller, William Lee, Joseph Sill; Peter Person are Chose Listers for the ensewing, Robert Miller Joseph Sill Petter Person Sworne." Dated "December the 14 1713 --- At ye meeting Robert Miller and Isaac Waterus of black hall and Jebez Watterus and Joseph Sill and Henry Benit are Chesen Serveyer and Sworn for ye year ensewing and petter person chsen servair." At a meeting dated "janr ye 4--1713 At the same meeting Robert Miller was granted Liberty to Lay down six acres of Land Lying bewix milles mores & his house and to take it up adjoyning to his hous."
