From the State to the Court in Lyme, naming Nicodemus Miller, administrator of Lydia's affairs, signed in Lyme July 20, 1752 by Elipha Miller, John Miller and the widow Lydia Miller "This may leave to inform ye Honorable Judge (illegible) Copper of ye court of probate that whereas it hath pleased God to remove our father out of ye world by death ye widow being by reason of age and infermity..." Lydia's parents were Thomas Roach and Rebecca Redfield.
