Oswego Palladium-Times, 17 Mar 1979: ROBERT LOOKER Services for Robert T. Looker, 207 West 2nd ST, Fulton, were held on Thursday ... at the Sugar Funeral Home and... at Holy Family Church, where Reverend G. Edward Knight, Pastor, celebrated a Mass of Resurrection. Honorary bearers members of the Alcan Voluntary Fire Dept. present were... Active bearers were William and James Looker, brothers of the deceased... Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Fulton, with services by Reverend David Baehr, Associate of Holy Family Church. Full Military Services were conducted by Color Guard composed of members of the VFW Post 569 and of the Marine Corp. League.

Oswego Valley News, 20 March 1979: ROBERT LOOKER DIES AT 29 Robert Looker, 29, 207 W Second ST, died Sunday March 11 from injuries received in an accident at Alcan. Born in Fulton, he was a 1968 graduate of G. Ray Bodley High School. He served as Lance Corporal in the Marine Corps and saw duty in Vietnam. He was a member of the Alcan Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving are his wife, Christine Jenkins Looker, a son Adam; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Looker of Fulton; two brothers, James and William, both of Fulton; two sisters, Mrs. Judith Jasper of California and Donna Looker of Fulton; his maternal grandmother, Mary Martineau of Conn. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements were by Sugar Funeral Home.

Oswego Palladium-Times, 16 June 1982: IT'S SO NICE TO DREAM If you could meet and have dinner with anyone living or deceased, who would it be?... I posed this question to several Fultonians chosen at ramdon... I was taken aback by a touching answer submitted by a lady named Mrs. Pauline Looker: "My son Bobby. He was 29 when he died in an industrial accident out at Alcan three years ago. We used to go out to Canale's for dinner, and I would give anything just to hear him again ask for an order and a half of rigatoni, to watch him enjoy it and laugh with him. We used to have such great conversations."
