- 1 Sept. 1757. 11 Dec. 1766. Of Fredericvill Parish, Louisa County.
- Sons: John (1,000 acres of land), Nicholas (1,650 acres of land), Robert (1,866 acres), Charles (1,350 and 532 acres of land), Lewis (land adjoining his brother Charles). 4,000 acres of land to be equally divided between four daughters, Jane Meriwether, Mary Cobbs, Mildred Lewis and Sarah Lewis. Daughter Elizabeth Barrett, deceased.
- Exrs: John Lewis (son-in-law), John and Nicholas Lewis (sons).
