    27 Jul 1727 - Indenture between Christopher Edelin and Jane his wife and Dr. Robert Innis and Elizabeth his wife of one part and Edward Edelin, carpenter; Moses Jones bequeathed the moiety of land called "Thomas' Chance" to son Thomas Jones who died intestate and without heirs; then to Moses' son Notley Jones who died intestate and without heirs; it became the right of Jane and Elizabeth Jones, sisters to said Thomas and Notley Jones; this indenture for and in consideration of a tract called "Dublin" and £10 conveys to Edward Edelin their part of "Thomas' Chance", containing 100 acres of land.
