The Suit was terminated in favor
   of Richard. he died in 1254 9Feet of Fines Worc., 38 H. II No 16 and 39 Henry III His widow argeed with Richard Crisot in 124-5 that a third life should revert to him on her death
   In the previous year Richard had agreed with the Bishop of Wocester that he should hold a carucate of land in Hill and elsewhere by suit at the Bishop's court Worcester, giving a warranty against the claims of Emma, wife of Richard Roland, for dower if she survived.
