    A Throckmorton deed, dated "Friday before St. Dennis", 1362, shows that Geoffrey Colmon granted to Robert de Throckmorton and wife, Lucy (Coleman), and the "heirs of their bodies" lands in Throckmorton. Geoffrey Colmon evidently had two daughters, Lucy, who married Sir Robert de Throckmorton, and Alice, who married Thomas, son of John de Throckmorton, brother to Robert.
